In light of yesterdays post and Google incessantly pushing it's universal search in every which way it's getting annoying and it's the complete opposite of Google's USP - clear no fuss search.
Google 1998Top 5 things I've seen recently that I don't like in the search results:
- Site links for PPC ads
- PPC product "Plus box"
- Show more results "Plus box"
- Real-time search in the natural listings
- Search Wiki
Will it all come down to how organises their universal search best?
With a BIG marketing budget ($100m), Yahoo! merger and Bing default on Windows 7 + Hotmail searches will see Microsoft extend it partly ~3% market share and will Google help end it's own dominance?
Hmm.....well bugger this it's Friday night, BlakRoc is playing and I've got a new housemate - let's go a bit nuts!
P.s. Next post will be less hateful.
